For Our Readers
Christianity Now was created with you in mind. In a world filled with noise, distraction, and deception, we long to provide a clear and faithful resource that builds confidence in God’s Word. Biblical illiteracy is one of the great challenges of our time, leaving many vulnerable to confusion and false teaching. Our goal is to help readers, understand, and apply Scripture to your daily lives so that your faith is rooted not in shifting voices but in the eternal truth of God.
Too many believers feel exhausted, distracted, divided, and unsure how to live faithfully in the world. We wanted to build something indispensable for our readers who are deeply engaged with the most consequential questions of the day but refuse to surrender their soul to the spirit of the age. From the beginning, our vision has been prophetic in the biblical sense, not fortune-telling, but truth-telling—calling God’s people to repentance, clarity, courage, and compassion. We are not interested in a Christianity that performs for applause, baptizes outrage, or hides behind empty slogans. We believe the free exchange of ideas has value, but we also believe truth is not created by consensus—it is received from God, tested by Scripture, and lived out in obedience. We do not exist to serve a political party, a brand, or the world. We exist to serve Jesus Christ as Lord.
Christianity Now is designed as a resource for all who hunger to know Christ more deeply. Whether you are a lifelong believer, a new Christian, or someone seeking answers, you will find content here that is biblically grounded, intellectually engaging, and pastorally encouraging. Our prayer is that every page you read will strengthen your faith, deepen your love for Christ, and equip you to live courageously and wisely in these days.
Our Mission
Our mission is to help people know Jesus Christ, grow in His Word, and live out their faith with courage, wisdom, and love in a complex and changing world. We exist to equip believers to navigate life’s challenges, cultural questions, and spiritual struggles with biblical clarity, spiritual discernment, and steadfast hope.
Our content is designed to offer both theological depth and thoughtful accessibility, meeting Christians at every stage of their journey and helping them flourish in faithful obedience. We seek not to inflame fear or follow cultural tides, but to interpret the world through Scripture and form believers who can think clearly, live faithfully, and stand firm without losing compassion.
As followers of Christ, we believe it is both our calling and responsibility to proclaim God’s living Word and to help others come to know and grow in Him. The gospel was never meant to be hidden, diluted, or reshaped by the age—but faithfully taught and lived out in every generation and culture. At Christianity Now, we are committed to stewarding that message with integrity, humility, and courage—teaching, encouraging, and equipping the Church to remain rooted in Christ amid confusion and change.
Through sound doctrine, thoughtful reflection, and practical application, we aim to prepare Christians who not only believe the gospel, but embody its transforming power in their homes, communities, and the world.

For the Glory of God
Everything we do—every article written, every study published, every resource shared—is ultimately for the glory of God. Our work is not about fame, profit, or recognition but about pointing hearts to Christ and exalting His name. Whether in teaching truth, encouraging believers, or serving the church with excellence, our aim is that God alone would be honored, and His kingdom advanced.
First: In the Word of God, we commit to leave no essential truth unspoken and no needed wisdom untaught—so that our work contains teaching of enduring spiritual value, while also speaking plainly to the everyday decisions that form a life: how to think, how to work, how to love, how to endure suffering, how to resist temptation, how to raise families, how to forgive, and how to stand firm when the world pressures believers to compromise. We will honor faithful voices and serious study, drawing on the riches of Christian witness across time, not to impress people with knowledge, but to help them know God truly and follow Him fully. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; James 1:22)
Second: In worship, prayer, and spiritual formation, we commit to cultivate depth over hype—reverence over performance, repentance over image-management, and holiness over trend. We will teach believers to return to the basics that make faith strong: prayer in secret, Scripture meditation, fasting when needed, confession, and steady obedience when no one is watching. We believe spiritual power is not manufactured by volume but formed through surrender. (Matthew 6:6; John 4:24; Romans 12:1–2)
Third: In community and care for one another, we commit to a faith that becomes visible in love. We will encourage practical mercy, sacrificial service, and moral courage—especially toward the vulnerable, the overlooked, the suffering, and the weary. We will not reduce Christianity to commentary about what’s wrong “out there,” while neglecting the commands of Christ “in here.” A movement that does not love is not a movement of God, no matter how loud it becomes. (John 13:34–35; James 1:27; Galatians 6:2)
Fourth: In public witness and discernment, we commit to be captive to Christ, not to cultural winds. We will speak truth with clarity and love, refusing both cowardice and cruelty. We will not be an organ of partisan loyalty, nor a refuge for bitterness disguised as conviction. We will address the times we live in with sobriety—testing spirits, examining fruit, and encouraging believers to endure with steady hope—because deception is real, and so is God’s faithfulness. (Ephesians 4:15; 1 John 4:1; Matthew 7:16–20)
Finally: In all things, we commit to lift up the name of Jesus Christ—not ourselves. We will pursue truth without fear, extend grace without compromise, and work for renewal without becoming proud of the work. We believe God opposes the proud and gives grace to the humble; therefore, we will aim to be firm in conviction and gentle in spirit, quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to anger. (Colossians 1:18; James 4:6; James 1:19)
Our Integrity
As teachers and communicators of God’s truth, we recognize that our words and actions carry weight and that Scripture warns teachers will be judged more strictly (James 3:1). Because of this, we approach every resource we create with reverence, prayer, and responsibility. We are committed to ensuring that all content is biblically faithful, theologically sound, and rooted in God’s Word rather than human opinion.
Our integrity requires honesty, transparency, and humility. We seek counsel, test teachings against Scripture, and welcome accountability from the wider body of Christ. If errors occur, we are committed to correction and clarity. When hard truths must be spoken, we strive to do so in love. We believe that teaching is not about gaining influence but about faithfully stewarding God’s truth for the strengthening of His church.
Our commitment to integrity also means that we will not compromise the gospel for popularity, political favor, or cultural trends. We stand on the unchanging Word of God and seek to model both orthodoxy (right belief) and orthopraxy (right practice) in all we do. In this, our aim is not only to avoid error but to glorify God by reflecting His holiness in both message and method.
