Becoming a Subscriber

How do I subscribe or give a gift subscription?

Visit our subscription page and choose the option that fits your needs, including gift subscriptions. If you are giving a gift, you can select a delivery date for the gift message when available.

When will my first issue arrive?

You can expect your first print issue to arrive within three to six weeks of purchase. Each issue is mailed about a week before its cover date, and most subscribers receive it within a few days of mailing. Print delivery depends on publication timing and the postal system. After your order is processed, you will receive the next available print issue.

What does my subscription include?

All subscriptions include unlimited digital access, including:

My subscription includes a welcome gift. When will it arrive?

If your offer includes a welcome gift such as a tote, journal, or seasonal item, it typically ships after your payment is processed. Delivery times vary by location and may be delayed in transit. We may not be able to track gifts once they enter the postal system.

The gift design and item depend on the offer you selected at checkout. Welcome gifts are not available as standalone purchases unless noted.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Some regions may also support additional payment options at checkout.

Can I get a receipt, confirmation, or account details?

Yes. After subscribing, you should receive a confirmation email. You can also view subscription status, billing details, and renewal settings in your account dashboard. If you need a receipt sent to you, contact Customer Care.

When will I be charged?

Your payment method is charged when your order is received and processed. Before renewal, we will send a reminder notice summarizing your plan and the amount scheduled to be charged.

Why do you ask for a mailing address for digital subscriptions?

A mailing address helps us support your account if your email address changes, becomes inaccessible, or needs verification. We also use it for optional print-related fulfillment and service updates when relevant.

Can I subscribe if I live outside the United States?

Yes. International subscriptions are available in many countries. Print delivery can take longer depending on destination and local postal service timelines. If you do not see your country listed at checkout, contact Customer Care for assistance at customerservice@christianitynow.com.


Managing Your Subscription

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Select Sign In, then choose Forgot password. If an account exists for your email address, you will receive reset instructions.

How do I change my email address or password?

Sign in, then visit My Account to update your email address, password, and other profile details.

Your website account and your subscription purchase can be separate. Linking connects your paid subscription to your website login so you get subscriber access on every device.

To link your subscription:

  1. Sign in to your account, or create one using the email address you want to use
  2. Open My Account
  3. Choose Link Subscription or Verify Access
  4. Follow the prompts using your order email, subscription number, or mailing address

If linking fails, Customer Care can help you verify your account.

I have multiple accounts. Can they be combined?

Yes. Customer Care can help consolidate access so you have one login and one subscription record.

How do I cancel my subscription or a gift subscription?

You can cancel in My Account under Manage Subscription. If you need help, contact Customer Care and we will assist.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are in control and can cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Refunds, if offered, depend on the plan and promotional terms shown at checkout.

If I cancel, when does it take effect?

Cancellation is processed immediately, and access continues through the end of your billing term. Print subscribers may still receive one additional issue depending on mailing schedules.

Can I switch from print plus digital to digital only?

Yes. If self-serve switching is available, you can do it in My Account. If not, Customer Care can help you change your plan.

How do I check my renewal date or expiration?

Sign in and open My Account to view your renewal date, plan type, and billing settings.

Can I pause my print subscription?

If print pausing is offered, you can request a temporary suspension through My Account. During a pause, digital access may be limited depending on plan rules. Your account page will show what remains available.

Why should I create an account even if I am not subscribed?

A free account helps you follow topics, manage newsletters, and keep your reading history across devices. If you later subscribe, that same account can be upgraded to subscriber access.

Do I need a subscription to read the site?

Some content is free to read. Subscriber content requires a subscription and a signed-in account.

Is the magazine available on mobile and tablet?

Yes. Our site is designed for mobile reading. If we offer a dedicated app or replica edition, it will be listed on the subscription page and in your account dashboard.

How do I sign in on a new device?

Sign in using the same email address you used for your account. If you have trouble accessing subscriber content, confirm your subscription is linked in My Account.

Can I share articles with friends?

Yes. Sharing links is allowed. Some articles may require a subscription for full access.


Additional Offerings

Do you offer newsletters?

Yes. Some newsletters are free, and some are subscriber-only. You can manage all newsletter preferences in My Account.

Do you offer group, church, or organizational subscriptions?

If available, group plans will be listed on our subscription page. If you need multiple seats for a team, contact us and we will help you find the right option.

Do you offer print back issues?

Availability varies by issue. If we have back issues for purchase, they will be listed in our shop or linked in the help section.


Technical Troubleshooting

I am subscribed, but I still hit a paywall

Try these steps:

If the problem continues, contact Customer Care with your order email and the screenshot of the message you see.

I am not receiving subscription emails

The site looks broken or pages will not load
